Wow. Where can I start... I was referred to Mario by my lender (Veterans United). They spoke highly of him. I had been with 2 other realtors before but never worked out - one of them was a part-time realtor which only would look after my needs on weekends, and the other one was too hungry for a sale that, he would try to push so much into the house... As a Combat Veteran, I do not trust people right away. It takes a LOOONG time for me to trust someone; let's just call it the Military Wall... As soon as I talked to Mario, he explained everything in such detail that I was impressed, but some people can talk... So I did not trust still... Throughout the home searching experience, Mario went out of his way to find my perfect home; he advised and looked after my needs and not his commission for his work. He did notice at one point that I lacked trust and he said, "Cesar, you need to trust me. I am going to do everything for you so you can get the home you like, and if we dont find it, it may take us a few years, but you will get your home. I will not rush you. I just need you to be comfortable with me and ask any questions you may have. Im here to help you". From that moment on, I think he gained my trust. He answered EVERY SINGLE QUESTION. he was day and night explaining everything, and sometimes answered the same questions because I am that man that asks more than twice to be sure you don't change your answer ??? Mario was GREAT!! I HIGHLY recommend him to any VETERAN. He knows how the VA Loan works and he is on top of his things.
I GOT MY HOUSE!!!!! AND A REEEEEAAAALLLL NICE ONE! THANKS, MARIO!
PS. He gave me a nice present on the day of the close. A really nice detail that shows how genuine he is with people.
